The Electro Mechanical Coding Machine (Motorized coder -EMCC) is the table top coder useful for coding of most type of products like : CARTONS, LIDS, LABELS, BOXES, TINS, JARS, TUBES, BOTTLES, POUCHES, BOXES, PACKETS, SHEETS, ROLLS ETC. It is an excellent machine for variety of batch printing applications and is most widely used in the industry. This innovative system is designed with criteria of - EASY TO OPERATE, VALUE FOR MONEY - CODING SYSTEM. It operates on a micro-processor based system less complex to operate. Gives printing area of upto 50 mm in size and speeds upto 100 impression per minute.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Printing Size: - 35 mm x 50 mm ( other sizes can be manufactured on demand) Printing Speed: - up to 100 prints/minute, or depending on machine set-up conditions. Higher speeds are available as well. Power Supply: - 230 VAC ± 10 %, 50 HZ, Single phase. Ink Charge: - 5-10 ml, ink per charges, gives 10,000 to 20,000 impressions depending on size of markings.
Handy Coder
The Handy Coder is a tough, hand-operated equipment for economically marking, high quality codes on porous surfaces.
An excellent print quality is assured because the device marks in a single uniform motion.The spring action returns it to zero position after each impression. Convenient for marking products and packages even at the point of shipping.With just an hours practice an unskilled worker can mark 50 impressions a minute.
